Hebrews 11-7

Verse: “Noah had faith. So he built an ark to save his family. He built it because of his great respect for God. God had warned him about things that could not yet be seen. . . . Because of his faith he was considered right with God.” – Hebrews 11:7

Hi Stars! 🌟

Have you ever done something just because you trusted someone? Maybe your parents told you to bring an umbrella even though it wasn’t raining yet, and later it poured! That’s called having faith—believing and trusting even when you don’t see the whole picture.

Noah had big faith! God told him to build a giant ark (a big boat) to save his family and animals from a flood. The thing is, Noah had never seen rain like that before. But Noah respected and trusted God so much that he obeyed. Because of his faith, Noah and his family were saved.

Lesson: Faith in Action

Sometimes, God asks us to trust Him even when we don’t fully understand. Maybe it’s being kind to someone who hasn’t been kind to us, or doing something good even if it feels hard. Faith means listening to God and doing what He asks, just like Noah did.

Activity: Build Your Faith! 🚢

  • Use blocks or toys to build your own “ark.” As you build, think about how Noah trusted God.
  • Talk with your family about one thing you can do this week to show your faith in God—like praying, sharing, or helping others.

Prayer:

Dear God, thank You for teaching me about faith through Noah’s story. Help me trust You, even when I don’t understand everything. Show me how to live with faith every day. Amen.

Remember, Stars, when we trust and obey God like Noah, we are showing Him how much we love and respect Him! Keep shining bright with faith! 🌈✨
