Have you ever used tools to build something, like blocks or a craft kit? Today’s verse tells us that God equips us, or gives us the tools we need, to do what pleases Him. Through Jesus, He helps us live in a way that shows His love and brings Him glory.
When we trust God, He works in our hearts, teaching us how to be kind, patient, and helpful. He is like a teacher showing us how to use the tools He’s given us to make the world a better place.
Lesson: Let God Equip You
God has a special purpose for each of us, and He gives us what we need to do good things. When we pray, read His Word, and follow Jesus, we’re using the tools He gives us to live for Him.
Activity: God’s Toolbox 🛠️
- Draw a toolbox and label it “God’s Tools.” Inside, write words like “love,” “kindness,” “prayer,” and “faith” to show what God gives us to do His will.
- Talk with your family about how you can use these “tools” to serve God and help others this week.
Prayer:
Dear God, thank You for giving me everything I need to do what pleases You. Help me to use Your tools of love, kindness, and faith to bring glory to You every day. Thank You for working in me through Jesus. Amen.
