Have you ever used a map or followed a sign to get somewhere? Jesus tells us in today’s verse that He is like the perfect map to God. He is the way we should follow, the truth we can believe, and the life that fills our hearts with joy and hope.
When we trust in Jesus, He shows us how to live and how to be close to God. He is the only way to the Father, and through Him, we can experience God’s amazing love and eternal life.
Lesson: Follow Jesus Every Day
Just like we need directions to get to a new place, we need Jesus to guide us through life. By reading the Bible, praying, and trusting Him, we can follow the path He has set for us. He will always lead us to God and help us stay on the right track.
Activity: Jesus is the Way 🗺️
- Draw a map with Jesus leading the way to God’s love. On the path, write things that help you follow Jesus, like “prayer,” “kindness,” or “trust.”
- Talk with your family about one way you can follow Jesus today, like helping someone or spending time praying.
Prayer:
Dear Jesus, thank You for being the way, the truth, and the life. Help me to follow You every day and trust You to lead me to the Father. Thank You for Your love and guidance. Amen.
