Verse: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” – Philippians 4:4
Hi Stars! 🌟
Have you ever been so happy that you wanted to jump and shout for joy? Today’s verse reminds us to rejoice in the Lord—not just sometimes, but always! Even when things don’t go perfectly, we can find joy because we know that God loves us and is always with us.
Rejoicing in the Lord means focusing on His goodness, thanking Him for His blessings, and trusting that He is taking care of us. Joy in God is different from just being happy—it’s a deep gladness that comes from knowing we belong to Him.
Lesson: Joy Comes From God
Life might not always be easy, but when we remember God’s love and promises, we can rejoice no matter what. True joy comes from trusting God and knowing that He is in control.
Activity: Joy Jar 🎉
- Decorate a jar and label it “Joy Jar.” Write down things that bring you joy in the Lord, like “God loves me,” “He answers prayers,” or “Jesus is my Savior.” Add to it each day and read them when you need a reminder of His goodness.
- Share with your family one thing you’re thankful for and how it helps you rejoice in the Lord.
Prayer:
Dear God, thank You for giving me a reason to rejoice every day. Help me to focus on Your love and promises, even when things are tough. Thank You for filling my heart with joy. Amen.
Remember, Stars, rejoicing in the Lord makes your light shine brighter. Let’s celebrate God’s love and goodness every day! 🌟💖✨
